Operations Executive

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with operations teams to manage Entry Clearance processes efficiently
• Arrange logistics and equipment to meet operational requirements
• Liaise with Accounts Department to resolve accounts receivable issues and follow up on pending payments
• Handle customer quotations and respond to enquiries promptly
• Prepare and deliver presentations to clients during visits to support business development
• Compile and organize documentation required for customer audits to ensure compliance

• Demonstrate analytical and problem-solving skills to address operational challenges
• Apply strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to collaborate across teams and stakeholders
• Utilize workflow tools and operational software to streamline processes and improve efficiency
• Understand and adhere to compliance and regulatory requirements relevant to operations

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or Degree in any discipline
• Basic knowledge of ship repair processes
