Job Summary:
Basic Salary: $2800 - $3400
Working hours: Monday to Friday: 8.30am - 5.30pm
Working Location: Changi South (near Expo MRT)
6 months maternity cover
Job Responsibilities:
Supported procurement and sourcing activities, including RFQs, cost comparisons, and evaluation of vendor pricing and lead times.
Managed end-to-end vendor onboarding, compliance checks, and Purchase Requisition (PR) approvals using PowerApps and SAP Ariba.
Prepared RFQ, RFP, and tender documentation, and coordinated site visits with vendors and internal stakeholders.
Liaised with user departments to gather procurement requirements, provide operational support, and ensure timely completion of procurement activities.
Assisted with ad-hoc procurement tasks, projects, and administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Minimum Nitec qualification or above.
No prior experience required; training will be provided.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); knowledge of SAP Ariba is an advantage.
Able to commence work within short notice.
