• Prepare, wash, cut and portion ingredients according to daily kitchen requirements.
• Assist in preparing and cooking food items according to the company's recipes and SOP.
• Ensure all food is prepared and served according to the required quality, taste, portion and presentation standards.
• Prepare Ayam Gepuk, sambal, side dishes, sauces and other menu items as instructed.
• Ensure proper handling, storage and rotation of raw ingredients and food products.
• Check the freshness, quality and expiry dates of ingredients before use.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of kitchen equipment, utensils, workstations and food preparation areas.
• Ensure proper food handling practices are followed to prevent cross-contamination.
• Monitor food stock levels and inform the supervisor of low stock or ingredients that need replenishment.
• Assist with receiving, checking and storing food supplies and ingredients.
• Ensure kitchen equipment and cooking appliances are used safely and properly.
• Follow food safety, personal hygiene and workplace safety requirements at all times.
• Assist with daily kitchen opening and closing duties, including preparation, cleaning and proper storage of ingredients.
• Follow all company policies, kitchen procedures, rules and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
• Perform any other reasonable duties and responsibilities assigned by the supervisor or management.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
