Job Responsibilities
Assist the Quantity Surveyor in preparing quotations and handling project documentation.
Handle contract filing, sample submissions and material orders.
Liaise with our drafter on drawing amendments and follow up on drawing submissions and revisions.
Use AutoCAD to view drawings and carry out simple drawing amendments when required.
Coordinate with suppliers, customers and project team on outstanding matters.
Provide general administrative and project support to the company.
