Responsibilities and Qualifications:

• Provide administrative support on order and quotation processing.
• Support stock checking and maintain stock levels.
• Follow up on customer payments.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide customer service support.
• Monitor operation staff on their daily job performance; strong self-discipline required.
• Required to travel within Klang Valley when needed to meet customers.
• Detail-oriented with strong communication skills.

The Sales Operation Executive provides administrative support to the General Manager and sales team, performing order and quotation processing, stock level maintenance, payment follow-ups and handling customer inquiries to ensure efficient sales operations. The role requires attention to detail, strong communication and the ability to supervise daily operations as needed.
