Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our hospitality team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing business opportunities, building strong client relationships and driving sales growth within the hospitality industry, including accommodation, events, conferences and group bookings.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma or equivalent qualification in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management or a related field.

• Previous experience in sales, business development or the hospitality industry is preferred.

• Good understanding of the hospitality industry, including accommodation, events, conferences and group travel.

• Strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.

• Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients and business partners.

• Results-driven, self-motivated and able to achieve sales targets.

• Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

• Good knowledge of sales techniques, including prospecting, lead qualification, negotiation and closing deals.

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the hospitality industry.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, business partners and intermediaries through regular communication and follow-ups.

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

• Manage the entire sales process, from lead generation and client engagement to contract negotiation and closing.

• Promote hospitality services, including accommodation, events, conferences and group bookings, to potential clients.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer feedback to identify new sales opportunities.

• Prepare sales proposals, quotations and presentations based on client requirements.

• Maintain accurate sales records, track performance and provide regular sales reports to management.

• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.

• Perform any other duties or tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
