Role Description This is a part-time remote role for a Caller and Marketer at Borneoinspire Training And Consultancy Sdn Bhd. The Caller and Marketer will contact prospective and existing clients by phone to introduce training and consultancy services, qualify leads, and schedule follow-up appointments or online meetings. The role includes maintaining accurate call logs and client information, sharing promotional details, and following up on inquiries through phone, email, and messaging platforms. The Caller and Marketer will support marketing campaigns by helping to promote programs, gathering feedback from clients, and collaborating with the team to improve outreach materials and strategies.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, including clear spoken English and the ability to build rapport over the phone.
• Candidates should possess basic marketing and sales skills, such as understanding customer needs, presenting services effectively, and supporting promotional campaigns.
• Candidates should possess good organizational and time-management skills to handle call lists, follow-ups, and reporting in a structured manner.
• Candidates should possess comfort with remote work tools and basic computer skills, including using email, spreadsheets, and online communication platforms.
