Job Scope:

• Manage and respond to customer enquiries through social media platforms.
• Handle comments, direct messages and customer feedback.
• Assist customers with product information, promotions and order-related enquiries.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and provide suitable solutions.
• Monitor customer interactions and ensure timely responses.
• Maintain a positive brand image and professional communication.
• Escalate complex issues to the relevant departments.
• Identify recurring customer concerns and provide feedback for improvement.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or social media customer support.
• Familiar with TikTok, Shopee and other social media platforms.
• Excellent written communication skills.
• Good problem-solving skills.
• Patient, friendly and detail-oriented.
• Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
