Job Description
Assist the Student Management Team with student discipline administration and follow-up actions.
Update and maintain student discipline records in the school's online database.
Monitor outstanding discipline cases and highlight matters requiring attention to school management.
Coordinate with teachers and external organisations on student management and support matters.
Provide administrative support for detention, in-house suspension, character-building and student engagement programmes.
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience.
Proficient in Google Workspace, word processing, spreadsheets and data entry.
Experience in school discipline administration or classroom management preferred.
Good communication, interpersonal, planning and organisational skills.
Able to conduct basic student interviews, handle confidential records and work independently or in a team.
Working Hours
Monday to Friday: 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Lunch Break: 1 hour daily

Technical & Logistics Support: Provision of equipment, machinery, and on-site manpower for fast, compliant, and safe execution of client projects.
