Tanggungjawab
- Manage all Import & Export processes for Raw Material, Finished Goods & Non-Commercial Freight.
- Ensure and manage efficient handling of local customs procedures such as day to day customs
- declarations, liquidation must as well as any other Customs related topics.
- Make customs finalisation yearly report.
- Be responsible for all compliant, accurate and timely internal and external reporting as well as regular
- reconciliation of data between Customs authorities and the company.
- Solid understanding of customs regulations is a must.
- Handle self-registration customs declaration for import/export shipments.
- Coordinate with Planning department / Customers / Vendors / Suppliers to prepare shipping documents
- and closely follow up to ensure the delivery without issues or additional costs.
- Ensure 100% compliance with Local / Regional / Global Regulations, Standards and Rules set by Internal
- and External bodies and authorities.
- Manage all customs staffs.
- Accountable for LMW compliances and re-new of license.
- Bachelor Degree of logistic, Supply chain, and related field.
- Experience in using SAP system.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in customs and logistic management.
- Good time management and organizational skills.
- Strong leadership, communication, accountability and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Fluent in English (written and verbal).
