Responsibilities
Support the Plaster Technician during cast and splint procedures.
Prepare and maintain equipment, materials, and treatment areas.
Assist patients during procedures, including positioning and basic mobility support.
Ensure the plaster room is well-stocked, clean, and organized.
Help with appointment coordination and administrative tasks as required.
Maintain accurate records and support daily clinic operations.
Adhere to infection control, workplace safety, and hospital protocols.
Deliver professional and courteous service to patients and colleagues.
Requirements
Minimum GCE 'N'/'O' Levels, NITEC, or equivalent qualification.
Prior experience in a healthcare support or clinical environment is an advantage.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced setting and interacting with patients.
Willing to learn and follow clinical procedures and safety standards.
