What you'll be doing

• Programming, testing, troubleshooting, and system enhancement according to business requirements.
• Maintain, support, and troubleshoot CCTV, alarm, POS systems, network infrastructure, software applications, and other IT equipment.
• Conduct monthly inspections of IT equipment at all outlets to ensure proper operation.
• Troubleshoot issues, take corrective actions, and report to the MIS Manager.
• Provide user training and technical support when required.
• Meet with users to understand requirements and propose suitable IT solutions.
• Support outlet activities such as stock take and sales operations.
• Monitor assigned projects and tasks to ensure timely completion.
• Provide remote POS system support during weekends and public holidays when necessary.
• Update and follow up on the System Support Request Log to ensure all requests are resolved promptly.

What we're looking for

• Minimum 3 years of experience in end-user support, network troubleshooting, and system administration.
• Knowledge of programming, system enhancement, and troubleshooting is required.
• Knowledge of accounting software and retail management systems is an added advantage.
• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology or equivalent working experience.
• Possess own transport and willing to travel between outlets.

Pay: Up to RM6,000.00 per month
