Responsibilities
Process daily sales and foreign currency exchange transactions accurately to ensure smooth operations
Assist customers by addressing currency exchange enquiries clearly and promptly
Monitor exchange rates and verify authenticity of currency notes to prevent errors and fraud
Maintain precise cash and transaction records for audit and reporting purposes
Perform daily cash reconciliation and generate reports to ensure financial accuracy
Support retail operations by assisting with inventory management tasks
Comply with AML/CFT regulations and follow company procedures to uphold legal and ethical standards
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Experience in sales, cashiering, or money-changing roles preferred to enhance transaction handling efficiency
Proficient numerical and cash-handling skills to manage monetary transactions accurately
Basic computer literacy and record-keeping knowledge to maintain transaction documentation
Strong communication and customer service skills to engage effectively with customers
Demonstrated responsibility, accuracy, and ability to work independently to meet operational demands
