What The Role Is

As a Manager/ Senior Manager, Student Finance and Policy in the Finance and Procurement Division, you will oversee financial assistance policies and operations, as well as the IT system to support the Institutes of Higher Learning (IHLs) in the administration of financial assistance schemes for our students.

What You Will Be Working On

• Oversee the operation, maintenance and enhancement of the IT system, working with the system developers and IHLs to resolve issues and ensure service continuity
• Review and implement policies and operational processes to improve service delivery for financial assistance schemes
• Oversee the administration of financial assistance schemes, ensuring accurate and timely responses to enquiries from the public and stakeholders
• Review and maintain operational guidelines and training materials, and conduct briefings or training for stakeholders
• Analyse student financing data and prepare timely and accurate reports to support management decision-making
  
  

What We Are Looking For

• Preferably at least three years of relevant experience in IT system support and administrative operations
• Experience in administering financial assistance schemes or similar policy-based programmes and in policy and process reviews would be an advantage
• Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgement, and manage competing priorities
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders
• Strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills
