Receptionist:

• Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them accordingly.
• Handles all phone calls and manages internal & external customers in a timely and professional manner.
• Provides basic and accurate information in person and via phone or email.
• Maintains cleanliness in the reception area.
• Set up meeting facilities (i.e., room, drinks, etc.).
• To collect and distribute all incoming mail and courier items to the respective departments.
• To perform other duties as assigned by the superior from time to time.

Job Requirements:

• Possess SPM, STPM, or Certificates
• Having at least 1 year of work experience is an added advantage
• Able to use Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
• Have good communication and interpersonal skills
• Willing to work at PJ8 Office, Petaling Jaya. The nearest LRT station is Asia Jaya
