Kerja Sepenuh Masa, Senior Internal Audit Executive di VAD CAPITAL SDN BHD Selangor - Maukerja

Responsibilities:

• Execute internal audit assignments in accordance with established audit objectives, scope, and audit programmes.
• Independently develop and prepare audit programmes, including identifying key risks, assessing internal controls, and determining appropriate audit procedures.
• Conduct approximately 8–12 audit assignments annually, ensuring timely completion and quality of audit deliverables.
• Identify control weaknesses, process gaps, and areas for improvement, recommending practical solutions to strengthen internal controls and enhance operational efficiency.
• Engage confidently with Heads of Departments (HODs) and relevant stakeholders to obtain information, discuss audit findings, and communicate recommendations professionally.
• Prepare clear and comprehensive audit working papers, findings, and reports to support audit conclusions and recommendations.
• Follow up on audit findings and corrective actions to ensure agreed recommendations are implemented effectively.
• Collaborate with the internal audit team to achieve departmental objectives and continuously improve audit processes.
• Undertake ad hoc audit assignments and other responsibilities as directed by Management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related discipline, or an equivalent professional qualification.
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in internal audit, preferably within a financial institution or financial services environment.
• Experience in IT audit, risk management, internal controls, or compliance will be an added advantage.
• Professional qualifications such as CIA, CISA, ACCA, MIA, or other relevant certifications are advantageous.
• Able to independently develop audit programmes and execute audit assignments with minimal supervision.
• Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage effectively with HODs and senior stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, report-writing, and presentation skills.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable taking on challenges in a dynamic working environment.
• Able to travel for branch audit purpose.

Salary range: RM4,500 - RM5,500
