About Our Client:

We are currently recruiting for a multinational professional services firm, who is looking to hire a Finance Manager and Financial Controller for their internal finance team. You'll take ownership of group-wide financial operations, hands-on leadership role with genuine influence over financial performance and reporting. You'll work closely with senior management, drive process improvements, and lead a finance team - all within a reputable, established organisation that values professionalism and integrity.

Key Responsibilities:
Reporting to senior management, you'll oversee the full spectrum of group finance operations. Key responsibilities include:

• Managing a full set of accounts including AR, AP, reconciliations, and taxation matters.
• Supporting the preparation of annual budgets and periodic forecasts.
• Conducting financial analysis to provide actionable business insights.
• Liaising with external auditors, company secretaries, and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance and timely statutory filings.
• Identifying and recommending opportunities to improve financial performance.
• Contributing to finance process improvement and operational efficiency initiatives.
• Leading and mentoring the finance team to drive performance and development.

Skills & Experience Required:

• A minimum of 6 years of experience in finance or accounting.
• Prior experience in a professional services environment is an advantage.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and present meaningful insights.
• Proven leadership and people management capabilities.
• High levels of integrity, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
