About the Role

Our client is a world-leading, Singapore-headquartered technology company operating at the intersection of high-performance computing and AI cloud infrastructure, with a global energy portfolio exceeding 3 GW and data centre operations across multiple continents.

They are seeking an experienced Product Manager to own the end-to-end product experience of their AI Cloud platform, working across compute, storage, and networking domains to deliver a cohesive, scalable solution for AI developers and enterprise customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the product roadmap for the AI Cloud console, APIs, and overall platform experience, ensuring alignment with business strategy and customer needs

• Design and continuously optimise the end-to-end customer journey, spanning onboarding, service activation, resource deployment, usage monitoring, and billing

• Build and scale common platform capabilities including account and organisation management, access control, resource management, notifications, and platform operations

• Drive self-service and automation initiatives that reduce manual provisioning and streamline operational processes

• Collaborate closely with compute, storage, networking, and other product teams to deliver a unified and consistent cloud experience

• Engage directly with customers and developers to gather feedback, identify pain points, and translate insights into actionable product solutions

• Partner with Engineering, Infrastructure, Sales, and Customer Support stakeholders to define priorities, maintain the roadmap, and drive timely execution

• Lead the full product lifecycle from requirements gathering and design through to launch, iteration, and continuous improvement

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of product management experience in cloud infrastructure, developer platforms, or related technical domains

• Demonstrated experience building or managing cloud consoles, cloud platforms, or developer-facing platforms (is a bonus)

• Strong understanding of cloud architecture principles and the workflows of both developer and enterprise customers

• Hands-on experience with large-scale public cloud, AI cloud, or cloud infrastructure platforms (is a bonus)

• Proven cross-functional leadership with strong product judgement and the ability to influence without direct authority

• Professional written and spoken proficiency in English, as this role involves collaboration with international stakeholders across multiple regions
