Role: Growth Intern — Singapore (3-6 months)

Summary

We’re looking for a curious, hands-on Growth Intern to join ARX’s Growth team in Singapore. You’ll help an early-stage product reach new users, test acquisition ideas, and turn campaign and user data into practical improvements.

This is an execution-focused role. You’ll work with the Growth team and collaborate with product, design, and data colleagues to launch experiments, track results, and improve the user journey.

Jobscope

• Support growth campaigns across channels such as paid media, creators, communities, and referrals.
• Help prepare campaign briefs, coordinate creative assets, maintain launch trackers, and follow up on execution.
• Monitor acquisition and conversion metrics, identify funnel drop-offs, and prepare clear weekly updates.
• Research competitors, audiences, and potential growth opportunities.
• Assist with experiments by defining hypotheses, tracking results, and documenting what worked and what did not.
• Gather user feedback and work with product and design teams on improvements to onboarding and activation.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in marketing, business, economics, data, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills and confidence working with spreadsheets and performance data.
• Organized, proactive, and comfortable handling both detailed execution and open-ended problems.
• An interest in digital products, growth marketing, and learning through experimentation.
• Experience with analytics tools, paid campaigns, creator partnerships, or digital assets is a plus, but not required.
