Job Description

RedRadar International is hiring on behalf of our client for a dynamic and strategic Marketing Executive / Marketing Strategist.

This role is responsible for developing and executing impactful marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and business growth. You will work closely with internal teams, media partners, agencies, and stakeholders to deliver successful marketing campaigns across multiple channels.

The ideal candidate is creative, analytical, and experienced in both strategic planning and campaign execution, with a strong understanding of branding, digital marketing, public relations, and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute live streaming sessions across various platforms, including TikTok, Instagram, Shopee, and Lazada.
• Act as a live host when required and manage internal live hosts by overseeing schedules, briefings, performance, and overall live operations.
• Coordinate with operations, warehouse, and related departments to ensure product availability, pricing accuracy, and smooth execution of live sessions.
• Monitor, analyse, and optimise live streaming performance based on engagement, conversion rates, sales contribution, and audience feedback.
• Develop, manage, and execute seeder strategies for live streaming and social media campaigns to increase engagement, credibility, and conversion.
• Recruit, assign, monitor, and evaluate seeders while maintaining seeder guidelines, engagement scripts, and performance records.
• Plan, manage, and optimise TikTok Affiliate programmes, including affiliate recruitment, onboarding, performance monitoring, and relationship management.
• Prepare affiliate guidelines, commission structures, and campaign directions, and analyse affiliate ROI to improve programme effectiveness.
• Identify, source, negotiate, and manage collaborations with KOLs, influencers, and affiliates in alignment with brand objectives and marketing campaigns.
• Coordinate KOL and influencer deliverables, posting schedules, and live sessions, while monitoring campaign performance and ROI.
• Manage end-to-end photoshoot activities, including model sourcing, selection, coordination, briefing, attendance, and performance management.
• Ensure all models, content, and photoshoot executions align with brand identity, visual guidelines, and marketing objectives.
• Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, product launches, promotions, seasonal sales, live commerce activities, and social media initiatives.
• Track, analyse, and report marketing performance metrics, including social media growth, engagement rates, campaign effectiveness, live commerce performance, and affiliate GMV.
• Maintain accurate marketing documentation, databases, content calendars, SOPs, and reports. Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and platform developments to support continuous improvement.
