• Spearhead end-to-end administration, configuration, and proactive optimization across enterprise-scale routing, switching, and firewall infrastructures.

• Oversee network architecture reliability, high availability, and routine patch cycles within strictly governed, mission-critical operational environments.

• Perform tier-3 incident resolution, deep-dive root cause analysis (RCA), and continuous performance troubleshooting on enterprise LAN, WAN, and VPN topologies.

• Collaborate closely with systems engineering and cybersecurity teams to implement robust defense-in-depth measures and ensure full alignment with regulatory security baselines.

• Support project life cycles from technical solution validation and design through deployment, migration, and vendor management.
  
  

skills and experience required.

• Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on technical experience supporting enterprise or mission-critical network environments.

• Strong working knowledge and implementation expertise with core routing and switching protocols (e.g., BGP, OSPF, VLAN, STP, VXLAN) and enterprise firewalls (e.g., Palo Alto, Fortinet, or Cisco ASA).

• Relevant industry accreditations such as Cisco CCNP/CCNA, PCNSE, or equivalent network certifications.

• Solid grasp of secure infrastructure practices, network monitoring platforms, and operational standard operating procedures (SOPs).

• Holding a valid Singapore CAT 1 / Enhanced security clearance is mandatory due to operational nature and access requirements.
