Innovation Is Everywhere is a learning experience company that helps leaders of global organizations anticipate the future, embrace change, and lead transformation. Since 2012, we have been designing and running immersive programs (learning expeditions, executive workshops, custom content) across Europe and Asia for clients like Google, DBS Bank, Danone, TotalEnergies, Sodexo, AccorHotels, and many more.

We are a small, agile, multicultural team based in France and Singapore. We don't do things by the book. We build things, test them, and improve. Fast.

We are growing our business across Asia, and we are looking for someone to be at the heart of that growth.

You will work directly with the Managing Director in Singapore, contributing to business development across multiple Asian markets, shaping how we pitch to clients, and helping craft the marketing content that makes us stand out.

What you will do
Business Development

• Support the identification and outreach of potential clients and partners across key Asian markets
• Help build and manage prospect databases and track BD pipeline progress
• Conduct market and competitive research to identify opportunities and inform our approach
• Assist in scheduling and preparing for introductory and prospecting meetings

Marketing & Content

• Contribute to the creation of marketing materials, pitch decks, and SEO optimization
• Participate in the production of visual and written content (social media, newsletters, one-pagers)
• Help craft proposals and written pitches tailored to specific client contexts

Strategic Support

• Provide ad-hoc support to the lead on cross-market BD initiatives
• Contribute ideas on positioning, messaging, and go-to-market approaches

• You are fluent in English (written and spoken), a second language is a strong plus
• You are genuinely curious about business, innovation, and Asia's fast-moving markets
• You know how to do sharp online research and turn information into actionable insight
• You have good writing skills and can adapt your tone to different audiences

Location:
