Kerja Sepenuh Masa, Manager, IT Operations (Proton Capital) di Proton Selangor - Maukerja

Take overall responsibility for the company's IT operations, ensuring reliable and secure business systems, infrastructure and day-to-day IT services.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage daily operations and user support, coordinate incident recovery and provide emergency response outside normal working hours.

2. Act as the local IT service contact, coordinating Group IT (GIT) and vendors on end-user devices, networks and office services.

3. Own IT asset lifecycle management for devices, licences and subscriptions, maintaining inventories and managing provisioning, allocation, transfers and disposal.

4. Maintain cloud platforms, manage resources, capacity and costs, and oversee monitoring, backups and recovery.

5. Implement local IT procedures aligned with Group requirements, manage vendors and outsourced services, and monitor SLAs and delivery quality.

6. Implement security requirements, manage local IT risks, support compliance reviews and coordinate business continuity.

Requirements:

1. At least 5 years of IT operations or infrastructure experience, with strong hands-on cloud platform skills.

2. Solid knowledge of servers, networking, databases and information security, with independent troubleshooting skills.

3. Experience managing vendors and IT assets, with the ability to coordinate effectively with Group IT, business functions and service providers.

4. Financial services IT operations experience or relevant cloud platform or ITIL certifications are preferred.
