Kerja Sepenuh Masa Outlet Supervisor, Gaji tinggi MYR 2,800 di Hunters International Selangor - Maukerja

Minimum 2–3 years of experience in retail, F&B, bakery or café operations.

Previous experience in a supervisory or team-leading role will be an advantage.

Good communication and customer service skills.

Responsible, organised and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Hands-on attitude and willing to assist with daily outlet operations when required.

Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS systems.

Willing to work on weekends and public holidays, based on outlet schedule.

Oversee the daily operations of the outlet to ensure smooth and efficient outlet operations.

Supervise and coordinate the daily tasks of outlet staff, ensuring proper work allocation and attendance.

Ensure cakes and bakery products are properly displayed, labelled, stored and maintained in good condition.

Monitor stock levels, manage inventory and coordinate replenishment of products and packaging materials.

Handle customer enquiries, orders, payments and complaints professionally.

Ensure the outlet maintains high standards of cleanliness, hygiene and food safety.

Monitor daily sales, cash handling and basic outlet reporting.

Assist with daily opening and closing procedures.

Identify operational issues and provide suggestions to improve outlet efficiency and customer experience.
