Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or equivalent.
• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant procurement experience.
• F&B or restaurant industry experience is an advantage.
• Knowledge of food ingredients, seafood, and Japanese specialty products is an added advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and procurement documentation.
• Familiar with system Food Market Hub

Responsibility

• Manage purchasing and sourcing of food ingredients, equipment, and operational supplies.
• Identify, evaluate, and maintain supplier relationships.
• Negotiate prices and monitor procurement costs.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate purchasing requirements.
• Ensure product quality, food safety, and timely deliveries.
• Maintain purchase orders, quotations, invoices, and procurement records.
• Coordinate with Kitchen, Central Kitchen, Operations, Finance, and Store teams.
• Conduct market research to identify cost-saving opportunities and alternative suppliers.
• Handle general office administration, documentation, filing, and office supplies.
