As a Bartender, you will craft and serve quality beverages, deliver exceptional guest service, and keep the bar running smoothly to create a memorable dining experience.
Job Responsibilities
Prepare and serve cocktails, soju, beer, and other beverages with consistency and creativity.
Provide friendly, attentive service and recommend drinks to guests.
Ensure quality, taste, and presentation of all beverages.
Maintain a clean, organised, and well-stocked bar.
Monitor inventory, replenish supplies, and assist with stock checks.
Handle customer enquiries and beverage orders efficiently.
Perform daily bar opening and closing duties.
Work closely with the service team to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
Support other duties as assigned by management.
Job Requirements
Friendly, energetic, and passionate about hospitality.
Basic knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and beverages.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Able to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Prior bartending experience is an advantage.
Training will be provided.
