Kerja Sepenuh Masa M-E Engineer (Mixed-Use Development Project), Gaji tinggi SGD 3,500 di RECRUIT EXPERT PTE. LTD. Central Region (Singapore) - Maukerja

• Review and coordinate M&E, structural and architectural drawings to identify discrepancies, resolve technical conflicts and ensure proper integration of building services.
• Liaise with M&E subcontractors, consultants and internal project teams on shop drawings, structural openings, cast-in items and design amendments to facilitate smooth site execution.
• Monitor subcontractors’ work progress, coordinate interfaces between trades and address issues promptly to minimise delays and maintain project schedules.
• Work closely with the Project Manager, M&E Manager and Project Engineer to resolve site coordination issues, ensure drawing availability and maintain accurate technical documentation.
• Oversee temporary site utilities, including electrical supply, water and sanitary facilities, and attend site inspections, technical discussions and coordination meetings.

Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or an equivalent qualification.
• At least 2 years of M&E works experience in the construction industry.
• Proficient in reading construction drawings and specifications, with good communication, coordination and organisational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a project team.
