Key Responsibilities
Ensure all workplace activities comply with WSH regulations and company safety rules.
Conduct regular site inspections and identify potential safety hazards.
Prepare and update Risk Assessments (RA), Safe Work Procedures (SWP), and safety documents.
Monitor Work at Height (WAH) activities and ensure workers follow safety procedures.
Check scaffolding, ladders, MEWPs, safety harnesses, and fall protection equipment.
Conduct safety briefings and toolbox meetings for workers.
Investigate accidents and near misses, and recommend corrective actions.
Prepare emergency response and rescue plans.
Coordinate safety matters with management, clients, project teams, and contractors.
Manage safety requirements across multiple work sites.
Job Requirements
WSQ Advanced Certificate in Workplace Safety & Health (WSHC).
Valid Work at Height (WAH) certification.
Minimum 2 years of relevant safety experience.
Good knowledge of WSH regulations, risk assessments, and incident investigation.
Good communication and leadership skills.
Able to travel between multiple work sites.
Possess own vehicle
