Key Responsibilities

• Learn and understand the company’s products, customers, sales processes and business operations.
• Gain hands-on experience through market visits and direct exposure to customers and sales activities.
• Monitor and analyse sales trends, customer demand, market conditions and competitor activities.
• Identify potential sales opportunities, new customers, new markets and business growth areas.
• Analyse sales performance and identify areas where sales can be improved.
• Assist in identifying sales problems and propose practical solutions to improve sales performance.
• Support the development and implementation of sales strategies and action plans.
• Assist the Sales Manager in setting sales targets, monitoring progress and reviewing sales results.
• Prepare sales reports and presentations based on market and sales data.
• Work closely with other departments to resolve operational or customer-related issues affecting sales.
• Develop strong communication, negotiation, presentation and customer relationship skills.
• Learn to make business decisions based on market information, sales data and customer feedback.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Management, Sales, Economics or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Strong interest in Sales, Business Development and Management.
• Analytical and problem-solving mindset.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, energetic and willing to learn.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable working in the field and meeting customers when required.

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
