Kerja Sepenuh Masa ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE, Gaji tinggi MYR 3,000 di VG OFFSHORE CONTAINERS INTERNATIONAL (M) SDN BHD Selangor - Maukerja

Responsibility:

• To handle full set of accounts.
• Budgeting and Cash flow forecasting.
• Liaise with banks, auditors, company secretary and suppliers.
• Prepare and submit documentations and reports for loan application or renewal purposes.
• Responsible for Accounts Receivable
• Ensure that monthly financial statements are provided by the 15th of the month.
• Ensure that Fixed Asset register schedule is maintained on a monthly basis.
• Ensure that depreciation is charged out on monthly basis.
• Ensure that bank statements, creditors and debtors’ statements are reconciled on monthly basis.
• Audit: Ensure audit reports for VG Offshore Containers International are ready before the filing date of 30th June for companies’ year ending 31st December.
• Tax: Ensure tax schedules for VG Offshore Containers International are ready for filing before due date on the 31st July for company’s year ending 31st December.
• Ensure director claims are keyed correctly and payout is done on a timely basis.
• Perform administrative functions of the company such as filing, mailing, compiling data and other ad hoc tasks.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/Professional Certificate, Diploma or Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Accountancy, LCCI or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Must be familiar with ERP System.
• Good interpersonal, analytical and communication skills.
• Show good self-initiative, resourceful and able to work independently.

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
