ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
Support the day-to-day operations of HR and administrative functions.
Manage office supplies, meeting arrangements, correspondence, and general office requirements.
Handle correspondence, filing, document preparation, data entry, and record keeping.
Organise and coordinate company events, training sessions, and employee activities.
Prepare administrative reports and other relevant supporting documents.
Maintain attendance records, timesheets, overtime sheets, leave reports, training records, and other employee information.
Support recruitment activities, onboarding and offboarding processes.
Provide administrative support for work-pass related matters and documentation.
Perform other HR and administrative duties assigned by management.
REQUIREMENTS
Nitec/ Higher Nitec / Diploma in Business Administration, Human Resources, or equivalent qualifications.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Good organisational, communication, and multitasking skills.
Responsible, resourceful, and able to work independently.
Able to handle confidential information professionally and discreetly.
