Centrepoint, near Somerset MRT



Working Hours:
11am – 8pm



5-day work week

(off days based on roster)

Job Responsibilities:
Welcome and greet customers

Handle appointment bookings and enquiries

Answer phone calls and WhatsApp messages

Assist customers with check-in and check-out

Handle payments and cashier duties

Maintain customer records

Perform basic administrative duties

Ensure the reception area is clean and tidy

Requirements:
Friendly with good communication skills

Good customer service attitude

Basic computer knowledge

Able to work weekends and public holidays based on roster

Spa or beauty industry experience is an advantage
