Responsibilities
Manage procurement planning, tendering,evaluation, negotiation and contract awards.
Oversee contract administration,correspondence, insurance claims and contractual compliance.
Identify commercial risks and implementmitigation strategies.
Prepare and manage EOT, loss and expense and variation claims.
Monitor project budgets, cash flow, costs and financial reporting.
Provide contractual advice and lead dispute resolution.
Lead, guide and mentor the Quantity Surveying team.
Requirements
Diploma or degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related field
Minimum 15 years of contracts management experience in the construction industry
Strong knowledge of standard construction contracts, including PSSCOC and/or LTA Conditions of Contract (LTACOC)
Sound understanding of contract law, commercial principles, procurement and Singapore construction regulations
Strong analytical, drafting, negotiation and problem-solving skills
