Job Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the Traffic Controller team at project/construction sites.
• To prepare and implement the traffic management plan according to the plan.
• To liaise with relevant traffic authorities.
• Monitor and control traffic flow to ensure smooth and safe operations.
• Ensure safety of road users, workers, and pedestrians.
• Arrange manpower deployment and attendance for Traffic Controllers.
• Set up, inspect, and maintain traffic management devices/signages.
• Coordinate with site supervisors, clients, and relevant authorities when required.
• Ensure compliance with traffic management and safety procedures.
• Report incidents, hazards, manpower issues, and traffic-related matters promptly.
• Conduct briefings and monitor discipline and performance of Traffic Controllers.
• Assist in maintaining smooth site operations and public safety.

Job Requirements

• Valid Traffic Management Certificate from CIDB.
• Experience in traffic control, construction, site operations, or team supervision is an added advantage.
• Leadership and supervisory skills are preferred.
• Physically fit and able to work outdoors.
• Able to work shifts, weekends, or overtime when required.
• Good discipline, attendance, and communication skills.
• Possess valid driving license.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
