Kerja Sepenuh Masa, Manager - Snr Manager (Partnerships - Programmes), Founders' Memorial di NHB National Heritage Board Central Region (Singapore) - Maukerja

[What the role is]

Do you love Singapore for punching above its weight as a Little Red Dot? Can you identify with the grit exhibited by our founding leaders and generation as they worked hard to build Singapore to what it is today? If the answer is "yes", join us at the Founders' Memorial (FM)!

At the FM, we are creating a brand-new garden-museum experience for Singaporeans, by Singaporeans. A national landmark at the heart of our garden city, uncovering the story of how independent Singapore came to be, and bringing Singaporeans across generations together to reflect and have bold conversations about what our founding values mean today and for our future.

The FM is seeking a suitable candidate to join the Partnerships and Programmes team. You will be part of a passionate team dedicated to expanding and deepening FM’s impact through strategic partnerships and innovative programming. You will implement strategies to reach new audiences and create meaningful opportunities for citizens and stakeholders to participate in and contribute to FM’s vision. Look forward to being a part of creating a living Memorial that unites, challenges and inspires Singaporeans of all generations towards a brighter future.

[What you will be working on]

• Programme Development: Build up FM's suite of in-depth and broad-based programmes to engage diverse audiences and create lasting impact across both indoor and outdoor settings. This includes designing and piloting new programme models, evaluating their effectiveness, and working collaboratively with partners across the ecosystem. Curate and execute community programmes, events, and workshops that facilitate meaningful interactions and dialogue — with a focus on fostering intergenerational and intercultural connections and values-based leadership.

• Campaign development and implementation: Conceptualise and lead end-to-end campaign planning and execution, including awareness, outreach, and engagement campaigns. Design and oversee community-centric and accessible initiatives that foster meaningful participation for diverse audiences.

• Stakeholder Outreach and Management: Reach out to new stakeholders, build networks, and cultivate strong relationships with community partners, local organisations, schools, and other relevant groups — engaging them as key contributors and collaborators in advancing FM's objectives, building affinity, and driving public interest and visitorship.

• Evaluation and Reporting: Monitor the effectiveness of community programmes, gather feedback, and prepare reports to assess the impact and success of the initiatives.

• Budget Stewardship: Strategically allocate, monitor, and track budget utilisation for assigned programmes, and prepare reports to ensure funds and resources are used effectively and accounted for properly.
