Basic job scope:-

• Driving the Firm’s partners, lawyers, staff or whoever as required by the firm, to courts, meetings, government departments, banks and other locations as required.
• Filing, collecting and/or delivering documents at courts, government departments, banks, law firms, clients' offices and other relevant premises when required.
• Carrying out despatch duties, including the delivery and collection of letters, documents, parcels, cheques and other items on behalf of the Firm.
• Assisting with general office and administrative duties when there are no driving or despatch assignments.
• Carrying out any other reasonable duties or assignments as may be instructed by the Partners of the Firm.
• Must be able and willing to travel outstation, including to other states within Malaysia, whenever required in the course of duties.

Additional Requirements

• Must at all times be medically and physically fit to perform driving duties safely.
• Must not have any current substance abuse issue which may impair his/her ability to safely perform the duties of the position.
• Must be willing to undergo lawful medical examination and/or drug screening where reasonably required by the Firm.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
