Job Responsibilities

• Provide patients with clear information and guidance throughout the consultation process.

• Manage patient registration, appointment scheduling and follow-ups.

• Coordinate surgery schedules to ensure smooth and timely arrangements.

• Respond to patient enquiries and requests professionally and promptly.

• Work closely with the clinical team to ensure smooth and efficient patient flow.

• Support marketing activities, including roadshows and promotional events, when required.

• Prepare and maintain accurate statistics and reports for monitoring and management review.
