Responsibilities:
Handle day-to-day purchasing and procurement activities.
Source suppliers, obtain quotations and negotiate pricing and terms.
Process purchase orders and follow up on delivery schedules.
Liaise with suppliers and internal departments on purchasing requirements.
Maintain accurate purchasing records and supplier information.
Monitor orders and ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
Support supplier evaluation and procurement-related reporting.
Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, Engineering or related field.
2–5 years of experience in purchasing or procurement.
