Women's Health Specialist - Apex

Apex is a Singapore-based premium women's health and fitness service specialising in hormonal wellness, strength coaching, and personalised training for women across all life stages, from postpartum recovery to perimenopause and beyond. We operate as an outcall service, meaning our specialists go to our clients, meeting them in their homes and preferred environments. Our clients come to us during some of the most significant chapters of their lives, and the standard of care we hold ourselves to reflects that.

This is a full-time role based in Singapore.

No prior training experience is required. Comprehensive in-house training is provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Working directly with clients as their primary Women's Health Specialist, delivering personalised training sessions and health coaching at the client's location
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships grounded in trust, attentiveness, and care
• Upholding the Apex standard of service across every client interaction
• Contributing to client retention and the overall experience of working with Apex

Ideal Candidate

• No prior fitness or training experience required as full in-house training is provided
• Background in premium service environments such as Singapore Airlines cabin crew, luxury hospitality, or five-star hotel operations
• Strong character, genuine warmth, and a willingness to learn and adapt
• Able and eager to immerse fully into the Apex culture and way of working
• Emotionally intelligent and naturally service-oriented
• Passionate about women's health and genuinely interested in the field
• Professional, presentable, and discreet

Compensation

There will be a basic pay during the probation period (up to 3 months), rising to SGD $6,000-$8,000 per month upon confirmation.
