Sales & Customer Engagement
Represent the company and promote its premium lighting and luxury home décor range to customers.
Engage with walk-in customers to understand their requirements and provide suitable product solutions.
Provide product demonstrations, information and recommendations to support customers in making informed purchasing decisions.
Manage the customer journey from initial enquiry through to purchase and follow-up.
Develop new sales opportunities through customer follow-up, referrals and other appropriate business development activities.
Team & Operations
Work collaboratively with the retail team to support sales activities and maintain high service standards.
Share relevant customer feedback and product enquiries with the appropriate internal teams.
Assist with day-to-day showroom and retail operations as required.
Website & Social Media
Manage and maintain the company's website and social media platforms, including Facebook and Instagram.
Update product information, promotional materials and other relevant digital content.
Support the company’s online presence through timely and accurate content updates.
Other Duties
Perform other relevant sales, marketing, customer service and administrative duties as assigned.
