Job Summary
You will manage data entry into the inhouse database, verify data accuracy by liaising with various sources, and support operations with data input and retrieval. You will provide weekly reports on data errors and updates while maintaining high work quality and working independently.
Responsibilities
Enter data accurately into the inhouse database to maintain up-to-date records
Verify and follow up on data with various sources to ensure accuracy and reliability
Liaise with Operations to input and update inhouse data efficiently
Support the team by retrieving requested data promptly
Provide weekly reports detailing data errors and updates to inform team decisions
Maintain a high standard of work quality through careful attention to detail
Work proactively and independently to meet deadlines and support team objectives
Adapt quickly to new computer systems and software to ensure smooth workflow
Perform administrative and coordination tasks to support daily operations
Organize and manage time effectively to meet KPIs and work under tight deadlines
Complete any other ad-hoc duties as assigned to support team needs
