We are seeking an experienced Senior Chef to lead Indian cuisine preparation and daily kitchen operations at F&B Outlet

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook Indian dishes for daily.

• Plan menus and maintain consistent food quality, taste and portion sizes.

• Supervise kitchen staff and coordinate food preparation during busy periods.

• Manage ingredient ordering, stock levels and food costs.

• Maintain kitchen cleanliness, food hygiene and safe working practices.

Requirements

• Relevant experience in Indian cuisine and high-volume cooking.

• Able to lead a kitchen team and work independently.

• Good knowledge of food handling and kitchen hygiene.

• Willing to work early shifts, weekends and public holidays as scheduled.
