Overseeing day-to-day production operations and executing the production plan.

Plan production according with customer orders, drawings, material availability & delivery dates.

Monitor production progress, identify constraints, coordinate recovery actions & escalate risks.

Coordinate manpower, machinery, materials and subcontracted work.

Plan and follow up production material requirements, stock availability and arrival of materials.

Follow up outstanding work, rectification and documentation to ensure products are completed.

Liaise with Sales/Design/QA to clarify drawings, specifications, quality & technical issues.

Coordinate with supervisors on rectification, rework and outstanding items during inspection.

Provide guidance to workers/subcontractor on quality check/assembly method/work standards.

Checks on work quality/compliance with approved drawings, specifications and procedures.

Analyse defect and quality data, evaluate causes, and recommend corrective actions.

Follow up and verify agreed corrective actions are effectively implemented.
