About the role

You will be responsible for Sales Support activities, actively supporting the Sales Team in RFPs by preparing Sales Quotations for customers. The role involves managing customer account activities, using the Nevigate CRM Tool to prepare sales quotations, and building trusted long-term relationships with customers and prospects. You will track sales engagement activities including Sales Pipeline, Sales Closure, and Sales Target Variances, and work closely with internal teams to achieve overall customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Sales Team in handling sales inquiries and sales-related issues from customers
• Provide submissions to customers for their requests for proposals (RFPs)
• Actively follow up on submitted Sales Quotations to ensure successful closure
• Manage and track global sales engagement efforts, initiatives, and results
• Coordinate with other internal teams such as Commercial, Finance and Provisioning
• Perform administrative duties related to the Sales Team
• Provide weekly reports on Sales Activities and Customer Meetings
• Use Nevigate CRM Tool to prepare sales quotations to customers
• Compile sales account activities and forecasting reports

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years prior experience in the area of Customer Service, Sales or Sales Support (preferably within the telecommunications industry)
• Degree or diploma in Business or IT
• Excellent and strong aptitude in customer service to assist customers
• Self-driven individual with excellent customer service
• Ability to multitask and prioritise opportunities accordingly
• Strong analytical skills and able to collate and interpret data from various different sources
• Has a sense of ownership to see things through to completion
• Ability to work under pressure and produce good quality work
• English proficiency is a must; a second or third language an added advantage
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients in their preferred language
• Salary will be commensurate with experience

Pay: RM3,200.00 - RM5,200.00 per month
