Role Description<

This part-time Takaful Advisor role is a hybrid position based in WP. Kuala Lumpur, with the flexibility to perform some responsibilities from home. The Takaful Advisor will provide Shariah-compliant financial protection and savings solutions to individual and corporate clients, conducting needs analyses and recommending suitable takaful plans. Day-to-day tasks include meeting prospective and existing customers, explaining product features and benefits, preparing proposals, and assisting clients through the application and onboarding process. The role also involves maintaining ongoing relationships with policyholders, supporting claims and policy servicing, and participating in training sessions and meetings to stay current with product updates and regulatory requirements. Advisors are expected to uphold ethical and professional standards while contributing to the growth of AIA’s takaful portfolio.


Qualifications

  • Good Attitude
  • Willing to learn and enhance product knowledge, attending training that will be held in Kuala Lumpur
  • Ability to work independantly and in team
