Minimum SPM/UEC/STPM; Diploma/Degree is an advantage.

Experience in sales, business development, insurance, banking, investment or financial services is preferred.

Good communication in Mandarin and English; Bahasa Malaysia proficiency required.

Outgoing, confident and comfortable meeting new people.

Strong networking and relationship-building skills.

Comfortable attending business dinners and social events where alcohol may be served.

Sales-driven and proactive in client follow-up.

Must possess own transport.

Flexible to attend occasional evening or weekend business events.

Accompany the Director to business meetings, networking events and social functions.

Build relationships with existing and potential clients.

Identify General Insurance and investment-related business opportunities.

Introduce suitable products and solutions based on client needs.

Follow up with prospects and convert opportunities into sales.

Develop referrals and maintain long-term client relationships.

Coordinate documentation and case processing with the internal support team.

Maintain basic client, follow-up and sales records.
