Job Description
- Provide application and technical support via phone, email, and remote channels.
- Investigate and resolve laboratory workflow and diagnostic-related inquiries.
- Perform root cause analysis and escalate complex cases when required.
- Support customers in adopting digital platforms and remote troubleshooting tools.
- Conduct laboratory simulations and testing to validate solutions.
- Collaborate with regional teams to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain technical knowledge materials and user guides.
- Business fluency in Korean (min TOPIK Level 4) and English, both written and spoken.
- Degree in Life Sciences, Biology, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Chemistry, Medical Technology, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in laboratory, healthcare, diagnostics, scientific support, or technical application support environments.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Ability to communicate complex scientific concepts effectively.
- Proficiency in relevant CRM tools
- Professional proficiency in English and one additional Asian language is advantageous.
- Comfortable working in a rotating shift environment supporting regional customers.
- Competitive annual salary ranging from MYR 60,000 to MYR 110,000.
