Responsibilities:

• Assemble, dismantle, fabricate, troubleshoot and repair plastic molds.
• Conduct mold trials and optimize molding processes to ensure product quality and consistency.
• Perform mold maintenance, inspect components and resolve tooling issues.
• Interpret engineering drawings, product specifications and manufacturing requirements.
• Assemble and debug new tooling to support timely First Article (FA) submission.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure a clean, organized work area.

Requirements:

• Experience in tool and die making, mold setting and tooling design.
• Proficient in operating various molding machines.
• Able to read and interpret engineering drawings and use measurement tools.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
