Kerja Sepenuh Masa Quantity Surveyor, Gaji tinggi MYR 4,000 di DE CP CONSTRUCTION SDN BHD Johor - Maukerja

Job Responsibilities:

* Prepare quotations, cost estimates and tender submissions.

* Prepare and submit project progress claims and follow up on payment certificates.

* Prepare subcontractor claims.

* Prepare variation order (VO) quotations and claims for additional works.

* Monitor project costs, budgets and expenses.

* Review construction drawings, Bills of Quantities (BQ) and project specifications.

* Liaise with clients/main contractors, subcontractors and suppliers on project-related matters.

* Maintain proper records of quotations, claims, invoices and payment certificates.

* Assist with project declarations through the CIDB system.

Requirements:

* Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field.

* Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

* Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.

* Good communication, organizational and coordination skills.

* Responsible, detail-oriented and able to work independently.

* Willing to learn.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
