About the role

We are looking for a Senior IT Business Analyst with strong SAP experience to join an international, Agile team responsible for global cloud platforms and subscription services. The role focuses on supporting SAP-based subscription lifecycle processes, including order entry, billing, and contract management, as well as analyzing and improving end-to-end business processes.

The Business Analyst will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating business needs into clear requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. The role also involves supporting SAP implementation and integration initiatives, Agile product delivery, UAT, and continuous process improvement.

Must-have Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Information Systems, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst in SAP environments
• Strong knowledge of SAP business processes and application landscapes
• Good understanding of SAP SD, MM, and FI/CO
• Experience with requirements engineering, including business/functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Experience analyzing and improving end-to-end business processes
• Experience with SAP implementation and data migration projects
• Practical experience with Agile methodologies, including Scrum and/or Kanban
• Proficiency with Jira and Confluence

Responsibilities

Business Analysis & Requirements Management

• Support subscription lifecycle processes in SAP, including order entry, billing, and contract management
• Elicit, analyze, and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops, interviews, and requirements-gathering sessions
• Analyze current processes and identify opportunities for improvement
• Create process flows, business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Support the design of SAP solutions aligned with business objectives

Agile Product Delivery

• Collaborate with Product Owners and Agile development teams
• Manage and refine epics, features, user stories, and backlog items
• Participate in Scrum/Kanban ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives
• Support prioritization based on business value and strategic objectives
• Contribute to release planning and deployment activities

Stakeholder Management

• Act as a key contact for business stakeholders throughout the requirements lifecycle
• Facilitate communication between business and technical teams
• Manage requirement changes and maintain alignment across stakeholders
• Present solution concepts, impacts, and recommendations to different audiences
• Build strong relationships with business partners and delivery teams

Testing & Quality Assurance

• Define acceptance criteria and support test planning
• Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Validate delivered functionality against business requirements
• Support defect analysis and resolution
• Ensure solutions meet quality and business expectations before release

Continuous Improvement & Innovation

• Identify opportunities to improve SAP-supported business processes
• Drive standardization, automation, and process optimization
• Support effective escalation and de-escalation of issues and help stakeholders reach constructive solutions.
• Help teams establish and work towards clear goals, improving alignment and accountability.
• Support cultural transformation and promote a collaborative, transparent, and continuous-improvement mindset.
